1. All riders must have a signed liability waiver form on file at Vinny’s Skatepark before you can skate. Skaters under the age of 19
must have their parent or legal guardian sign the waiver in front of park employee or a notary public.
2. No one under the age of 8 shall be allowed to skate.
3. Proper protective gear must be worn at all times
in the skating area, helmet is required, elbow and knee pads recommended.
4. Shirt and shoes must be
worn at all times while in the skatepark. Gear and clothing not in use must be stored outside of skate area.
5. Spectators are not allowed in riding area.
6. You must skate safely and remain in control at all times.
All skaters are responsible for avoiding collision with others.
7. Fighting, profanity or any other disruptive
behavior is strictly prohibited. Staff members have the discretion to identify unwarranted conduct as necessary to ensure that participants,
attendees, and Staff have an enjoyable park experience.
8. Vinny’s Skatepark reserves the right to cancel
any membership at any time or eject anyone for any reason. No refunds allowed.
9. The use of tobacco
products of any type are prohibited in the skatepark.
10. No alcohol, drugs, or weapons of any kind allowed on skatepark property.
11. Absolutely no food or drink, including gum may be brought into skating area. You may consume food and drinks in designated areas only.
12. No loitering and or riding outside on skatepark property. (Please respect our neighbors)
13. No contests of any sort allowed
in Vinny’s unless organized and run by our staff. No lessons taught by anyone but skatepark staff.
14. Although the skatepark
is monitored it is impossible to monitor the flow, traffic and behavior of the skaters in every area of the park at all times. Ultimate
responsibility for the smooth flow of skateboarding and a safe environment relies on strict adherence to the above rules. Violation
of these rules should be reported to staff members. Anyone caught violating these rules will be immediately ejected from the skatepark.

Take turns, respect your fellow riders
Do not proceed down ramps until clear of other riders.
Not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items on Park Property.
